Taj Exotica is one of the most luxurious five star beach resorts in Sri Lanka. The 162 room hotel is located on a headland overlooking the Indian Ocean on the southwest coast at Bentota.
All the rooms at the resort enjoy views of the Indian Ocean or the beautiful tropical gardens. The air-conditioned rooms have the benefit of private balconies, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities and 24 hour room service.
The Palm's coffee shop is open all day for breakfast lunch and dinner with in and outdoor seating overlooking the swimming pool. Taj Exotica also runs an excellent schedule of tours including - Tapping Toddy - young men climb high into the trees to collect the sweet, milky sap of the coconut blossom; Bentota Ganga - 12th Century temple; Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery; Balapitiya River and Meetiyagoda Moonstone Mining.
